We offer a cryotherapy service in Westside Surgery for the following skin lesions:

- Skin warts
- Skin tags
- Solar keratosis lesions
- Seborrheic keratosis
Cryotherapy involves directing a stream of cold spray directly at the lesion for a few seconds. This freezes the cells within the lesion allowing it to gradually fall off. The surrounding skin will sometimes become red for a period and very occasionally a blister may form. The lesion heals up allowing for lesion removal with a good cosmetic outcome.
